Delivery Policy

Standard delivery

Delivery of our products is free from 50€ purchase in mainland France, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

t8>. Below €50, delivery amounts to €4.9 including tax.

In Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Luxembourg and Andorra, standard delivery is €4.9 including tax.

Please note that after your order is confirmed, we need 1-3 days to prepare and ship your package from our warehouse. Once shipped, standard delivery time is typically 5-25 business days.

However, in some exceptional cases, such as during periods of high demand, customs delays or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may extend up to a month or a month and a half. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

How will my order be shipped?

We have carefully selected the delivery methods for each item on our site in order to make our delivery service as efficient, fast and secure as possible.

We use LaPoste, Colissimo, to deliver our packages in mainland France.

Are there any exceptions?

  • There is generally no delivery service on Saturdays and Sundays
  • We do not deliver packages to PO boxes
  • There may be additional charges for deliveries to remote areas. You will be informed of these additional charges when you enter your postal code.

Signatures are not required for delivery of small packages, but the delivery company has the choice of whether or not to leave the package. If you have special delivery instructions, we recommend leaving a note on your door on the day of delivery with your name, request and tracking number. Deliveries will be made by LaPoste or Colissimo. The delivery service methods available will be indicated upon confirmation of your order, but generally include:

Please note that orders placed outside of opening hours will be dispatched the following day. Orders are generally not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.

Order Tracking: After your order is confirmed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. This link will allow you to see in real time where your package is and when you can expect to receive it. For any problems or questions regarding the tracking of your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery delays: Although we always strive to meet stated delivery times, there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical issues, which may cause delays. In this case, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a new estimate of the delivery date.

Holidays: Please note that public holidays may affect delivery time. Public holidays are not counted in working days when calculating delivery times. If your order is placed just before or during a public holiday, please allow additional time for delivery.

Missed Delivery Policy: If you are not present to receive your order when delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions to arrange for redelivery or to pick up the package at a location local withdrawal. If the package is returned to our warehouse after several unsuccessful delivery attempts or if you have not collected your package from the collection point within the allotted time, reshipping charges may apply for redelivery.
